What you'll do
Voice services are a key part of Viasat’s product portfolio including Voice services for Fleet Express, Fleet Broadband, Global Satellite Phone Service and as well as Maritime and Aero Voice Safety Services. Maintaining high service availability is essential.
The post holder will work within a geographically diverse team who are responsible for all Viasat’s customer Voice Services focusing on operating the Voice network. This will include, troubleshooting network and customer issues, monitoring the Voice network and services, and driving evolution to a DevOps environment. Leading life cycle management activities - performing upgrades, deploying VNFs, integration, testing and migrations - as well as introduction of new services and network evolution.
