Job Title : Murex Support Engineer
About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled Murex Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to end-users.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance system functionality. You will also participate in formal release cycles, perform testing, and contribute to overall solutions as per deliverables.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and formulate proposed solutions as per deliverables
- Develop requirements per given stream and according with resolution needs
- Manage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various deliverables
- Contribute to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements
Requirements :
4+ years' experience with Murex functionalities2+ years' experience in financial markets technologyHands-on experience in Murex Infra / Environment / Config Management, Back-Office Workflows, Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life CycleStrong personality, logical and analytical skillsBe detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and self-starterPossess good verbal and written communication skillsMust have strong organization skillsGood product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD, COMGood understanding of P&L concept overall and its componentsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong relationship-building skills both internally and externallyStrong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues
