Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Sales Specialist to drive business growth across Latin America by expanding our after-sales service offerings, focusing on pipeline management, sales growth, and solution development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth of service solutions and maintenance contracts through strategic sales initiatives.
- Pipeline management and leadership across regional offices to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and enhance service solution offerings to meet customer needs and increase market share.
- Strategically promote maintenance services to existing and new customers.
- Provide training and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Offer tailored after-sales service solutions to customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in service sales with a proven track record of success.Advanced English language proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other productivity tools.Experience in sales and after-sales services with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.Nice to Have :
Regional experience in Latin America with knowledge of local markets and cultures.Industry-specific knowledge in HVAC with a focus on service sales and marketing strategies.
