Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Sales Specialist to drive business growth across Latin America by expanding our after-sales service offerings, focusing on pipeline management, sales growth, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue growth of service solutions and maintenance contracts through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Pipeline management and leadership across regional offices to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and enhance service solution offerings to meet customer needs and increase market share.
  • Strategically promote maintenance services to existing and new customers.
  • Provide training and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Offer tailored after-sales service solutions to customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in service sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other productivity tools.
  • Experience in sales and after-sales services with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Regional experience in Latin America with knowledge of local markets and cultures.
  • Industry-specific knowledge in HVAC with a focus on service sales and marketing strategies.
