Vendor Delivery Manager at Penta Consulting

We are currently looking for a Spanish or Portuguese speaking Azure Cloud Architect with a focus on Security and Virtualisation to support our biggest customer in Latin America, a global OEM.

  • Design and implement Azure Landing Zones aligned with Microsoft best practices.
  • Architect and configure Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD, including Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity.
  • Deploy and manage Windows Server environments integrated with Azure services.
  • Implement Azure File Sync for hybrid storage scenarios.
  • Design and optimize Azure Virtual Machines for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead Azure Migrate projects for server and application migration to Azure.
  • Configure Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery for business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Design and deploy Azure VMware Solution (AVS) for hybrid cloud scenarios.
  • Deliver virtual technical training in Spanish and English on Azure architecture and migration topics.
  • Develop bilingual curriculum, labs, and assessments for hybrid identity, migration, and DR solutions.
  • Coach teams on best practices for hybrid identity, migration planning, and operational governance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in Microsoft Azure architecture and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Azure Landing Zones and governance frameworks.
  • Proven experience delivering technical training in Spanish and English.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of FinOps and cost optimization strategies.
