We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer to join our team and play a key role in building customer-facing experiences and internal tools in a high-traffic environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong backend expertise in PHP / Laravel who can also contribute across the stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and code quality.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP / Laravel .

Build efficient, scalable, and secure backend solutions aligned with best practices.

Work with SQL databases to design, implement, and optimize data models.

Integrate backend services with third-party platforms such as Shopify .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

Contribute to architectural discussions, technical documentation, and code reviews.

Mentor and support other engineers, promoting clean and maintainable code.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of professional experience in software development.

Proven expertise in PHP with hands-on experience in the Laravel framework .

• Advanced English level for effective communication in meetings and documentation.

Strong experience designing and maintaining backend applications and APIs.

Solid knowledge of SQL databases.

Ability to contribute as a fullstack engineer when needed.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with React, Remix, and strict TypeScript .

Familiarity with Node.js (strong plus).

Experience with Shopify (huge plus).

Exposure to GCP or Azure cloud environments.

Experience in monorepo or modular repository setups .

Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.
