Our mission is to provide solutions that improve people's lives and contribute to a more sustainable future.Job Description : Develop, implement, and refine welding methods across various welding processes, ensuring the quality required by the customer.Responsibilities : Training PlanIdentify company needsDevelop a training plan based on identified needsCreate a database for each welderDefine welder levels or grading by area based on skillsCertificationsSupport in certifying any required welding processAssist in generating all necessary information for any type of certificationSupport in creating all types of tests for equipment to be certified, as well as welder test specimensReduction of Internal and External Quality Costs in Welding ProcessesIdentify all areas of opportunity in weldingAssist in solving welding-related issuesCollaborate with the quality team to reduce or eliminate internal and external quality costsProduct Improvement Studies Considering Safety, Quality, and ProductivityIdentify opportunities for savings through changes in components, materials, or processesDocument and justify savingsSeek opportunities in welding processes to improve product quality or productivity, with a primary focus on safetyRequirements : 3–5 years of experience in Brazing / Welding processesKnowledge of PROCEDURES (WPS / BPS / WPQ), Machinery, Orbital / GMAW / GTAW, and Laser (only for cutting)Familiarity with ASME standardsEnglish proficiency is mandatoryWe Offer : Competitive salaryBenefits above those required by lawLocation : Parque Industrial Stiva, Rogelio González Caballero, Apodaca, N.L.How to Apply : Interested candidates, please apply through this platform.
