Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled team leader to oversee call center associates and provide coaching and motivation. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and motivate call center associates
  • Provide effective coaching and guidance
  • Manage team performance and productivity

Requirements :

  • Advanced English language skills
  • Ongoing university studies in administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a supervisor, ideally in a call center environment leading teams of 10–12 associates
