About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented GL Accountant to support key finance operations across general accounting, AP/AR, taxes, and treasury. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with accounting standards, supporting audits, driving automation in reporting, and contributing to the ongoing implementation of Oracle ERP within a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Taxes, and Treasury, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform account reconciliations and general ledger analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and working closely with auditors.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and enhancing reporting automation.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of new ERP modules and accounting tools (experience with Oracle ERP is a plus).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in financial practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector or with a accounting firm.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using Power BI.

Experience with Oracle ERP or other major financial systems is highly preferred
