As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency and productivity in the responsible area.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can effectively manage human and material resources, ensuring quality standards compliance, equipment delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reducing waste and improving overall performance.
Manage teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, fostering open communication and a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.

At least 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing and assembly process environments.

Technical knowledge : interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings, materials, manufacturing processes, and industrial equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
