Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 5+ years of digital product development experience in the healthcare provider space 3+ years vendor or consultant experience in a product manager or delivery management role 2+ years in Agile development and servant leader experience, preferably digital product management PMP, Scrum Master or related certification Demonstrated project management skills Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Analytical and value-oriented Agile development and servant leader experience Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog / release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.) Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress Passion to challenge status quo & find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas – loves / embraces change Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust Not afraid to "roll up the sleeves" and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn – pushes teams to do the same Empowers others to fail, learn, and grow with an experimental mindset to drive innovation Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm (CDMX Time) Location : Onsite Compensation : $70,000 – $90,000 MXN brutos (depends on experience) Job Type : Full-time English (Required)

Product Manager
Impact Advisors Mexico provides nearshore consulting and delivery support to strengthen and extend the scope of Impact Advisors, LLC's healthcare management services in the USA. The Product Manager, you will lead the design, development, and implementation strategy for a new suite of analytics solutions for IA clients. You will work under the Vice President of Analytics and Technology Services and or similar senior leaders to collaborate with various subject matter experts and other key client stakeholders to build the next generation of healthcare solutions in the provider space.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the product strategy and end-to-end product lifecycle, including designing, developing, testing, launching, and maintaining a suite of client provider-focused analytics applications
- Develop business plans that support new product development, including value propositions, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies
- Lead a team of subject matter experts, engineers, developers and analysts in bringing innovative analytics products to market
- Own the product roadmap and project delivery to ensure the quality and timeliness of the full suite of analytics products
- Partner with client teams and client stakeholders to understand and solve complex issues facing large-scale hospital systems
- Develop and track clear key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure product success
- Recruit and manage product and engineering team members
- Create roadmap strategies for the full suite of applications
