- Your role at Clorox :
- The Global Mobility Manager is responsible for managing Clorox’s Global Mobility and U.S. Domestic Transfers Programs, ensuring compliance in global immigration and tax services. This role leads the Mobility Services Team, providing strategic guidance and expertise to optimize mobility policies while balancing business and employee needs. The manager oversees vendor relationships, ensures SLA compliance, and collaborates with internal HR functions to streamline mobility processes. Additionally, they will provide subject matter expertise, manage complex relocation cases, and lead benchmarking initiatives to maintain a competitive mobility program. This role reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager and requires full autonomy in handling end-to-end relocation processes and business consultations.
- In this role, you will :
- Lead and manage the execution of : Global Mobility Program (International Assignments) / US Domestic Transfers Program / Global Immigration Services / Global taxes services associated with international assignments / International Flexible Work Plan
- Ensure compliance and consistent application of global policies during the end-to-end process for all transactions / services connected with any of the major activities listed above and continuously providing best in class mobility related counseling to stakeholders by acting as strategic business partner and positively influencing business decisions that support the right execution of Company’s global operating model.
- Be accountable for conducting periodic benchmark initiatives with the purpose to identify best practices and trends in the Mobility Industry for both US Domestic Transfers and International Assignments. Provide updates to Senior Management (P< or others) on best practices or current market challenges in the mobility industry.
- Act as the go-to-person for Global Mobility issues or special requests at a strategic level. Develop satisfactory solutions that balances both Company’s and transferee’s needs.
- Manage mobility associated exceptions and act as the escalation point of contact for providing input to management in the approval process.
- Develop and lead mobility associated vendors management strategy, ensuring appropriate service delivery models are in place to fully support Company’s mobility related needs.
- Ensure high quality mobility related services (relocation, immigration, and taxes) are delivered efficiently by vendors according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Responsible for establishing, monitoring, and reporting operational metrics and for leading vendor’s performance assessment reviews (Sirva, Fragomen and Deloitte). Oversee and audit key processes related to payments processed for Clorox’s assignees : Quarterly allowances, lump sum payments, one-time relocation payments, etc.
- Lead Global Mobility team, to reach expected results by effectively applying Company’s people management processes and tools.
- Provide deep functional / technical training to direct reports on Mobility associated matters supporting the development of required skills to work efficiently on a multitask and demanding work environment.#LI-HYBRID
- What we look for :
- Years and Type of Experience :
- 12 years of experience in Global Mobility & Human Resources.
- Experience working across multiple regions and countries (U.S., LATAM, Canada, AMEA)
- Experience in managing relocation, immigration and tax processes in matrix / multinational organizations and / or in international relocation firms.
- Experience in managing Tax Equalization for international assignments, ensuring compliance and fair tax burden across jurisdictions.
