Key Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in collections at financial sector .
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with collections software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

Activities where you can apply your experience and knowledge :

Collections Strategy : Develop and implement strategies for early-stage collections to reduce overdue accounts and improve recovery rates.Monitor and analyze delinquency trends to adjust collection tactics accordingly.Team Management : Lead, train, and supervise the early collection team, ensuring they meet individual and team targets..Process Optimization : Streamline collection workflows and leverage technology to improve efficiency.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure collection practices comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.Customer Relationship Management : Handle escalated customer cases with professionalism and aim for amicable resolutions.Reporting : prepare regular reports on collection performance, KPIs, and delinquency trends for senior management.
