Capex Category Manager

Title : Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager – Abastecimiento de indirectos

Location : in office, Monterrey, N.L.

A sourcing manager collaborates with key stakeholders to proactively identify value-driven activities that deliver savings, working capital and continuous quality improvement. Diagnoses the gaps in the existing process, identifies opportunities for improvement and implements the re-engineering initiatives to meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis. Support and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing activities as directed by the Procurement leads in accordance with the Procurement policy and provide excellence throughout the process analyzing information, identifying requirements and opportunity, negotiating terms and conditions, and contracting products and / or services.

Mandatory :

• 10 Years of experience in Indirect Procurement (Opex & Capex) preferably in LATAM Market. Experienced in sourcing, planning & execution.
• MRO : Industrial Services, Spare Parts, Utilities, Equipment rental, consulting, catering, chemicals, personnel transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree : International Commerce / Business, International Affair or Engineering.
• Experience with ePlatforms : Ariba, Oracle, etc.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Coupa or similar.
• Proficient at excel, word and power point presentations.
• Proficient project management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Write and speak good business : Spanish (native), English – 80%
• Good knowledge of Procurement Platforms & visibility tools.
• Excellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively.
