(Urgente) Tax Manager...

Key responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations in Mexico (ISR, IVA, IEPS, etc.).
• Prepare and / or review monthly and annual tax returns, including income tax, VAT, payroll taxes, and informative returns (DIOT, DIM, etc.).
• Manage tax audits and respond to inquiries from Mexican tax authorities (SAT).
• Advise on tax implications of business initiatives, transactions, and restructuring.
• Oversee and ensure accuracy of transfer pricing documentation and policies.
• Collaborate with global tax and finance teams to support consolidated reporting and cross-border tax issues.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.
• Drive process improvements and automation in tax reporting and compliance activities.
