• To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add
• Supplier Quality Engineer
• will be based in
• Guadalajara North site
• this position, you will maintain quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization
• What a typical day looks like :
• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
• change documentation when needed to update job instructions and documentation when needed
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
• Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
• Consolidates and reports quality results.
• Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
• Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
• Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective actions
• Study and recommend techniques to improve existing products and processes.
• The experience we’re looking to add to our team :
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions in assigned area.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing protocols, statistical tools and methodology, and continuous improvement techniques preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects.
• Experience similar position

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Basics in statistical control
• Knowledge of measurement and methodology
• Basics of warehouse systems
• Basics of interpreting parts drawings
