Sr R&D Engineering Supervisor

Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.Supervise and mentor R&D engineers and scientists, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Plan, prioritize, and manage R&D projects from concept to production.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.YOU MUSTBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.7+ years of experience in research and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong understanding of R&D processes and methodologies.Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams effectively.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and Agile methodologies is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.WE VALUEAdvanced degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.Experience in developing and commercializing new technologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, or industrial hardware.Familiarity with regulatory compliance and testing.Passion for innovation and mentoring engineering talent.Ensure designs meet regulatory standards (e.g., IEC, UL, RoHS).
