Regional Director of Sales – West / Mex (Querétaro or Monterrey)

Guide a talented sales team, driving growth and smashing goals in alignment with our company vision.

Research, develop, and penetrate new markets—expanding sales with existing and potential customers.

Manage key global OEM accounts and collaborate with external Manufacturer’s Rep Firms to amplify our reach.

Technical Expert : Become the go-to resource for customer applications, communicating how our solutions deliver value through service, quality, and competitive pricing.

Data-Driven : Use CRM tools to track opportunities, respond quickly to inquiries, and ensure every quote is spot-on.

10+ years of technical sales experience with direct account management (required)

~5+ years in sales management (required)

~ Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience (strongly preferred)

~ Industry experience in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace, or Plastics / Composites

~ Fluent business English (Advanced)
