We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurosurgery / neurology and medical devices, with expertise in clinical support and patient care pathways.

This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional to provide technical support during surgeries and programming sessions, under the supervision of a neurologist.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and sending implant ID cards, monitoring and following up on adverse events, and educating caregivers and healthcare professionals involved in the therapy.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through education, technical expertise, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions to continuously improve therapy delivery and outcomes.

The primary goal of this position is to ensure the successful clinical adoption and optimization of VNS neuromodulation therapy by providing high-quality support to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support during surgeries and programming sessions
  • Attend specific patient cases requiring clinical presence
  • Manage and send implant ID cards
  • Monitor and follow up on adverse events
  • Educate caregivers and healthcare professionals involved in the therapy
  • Submit weekly activity reports detailing clinical support and field operations
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve therapy delivery and outcomes

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. health sciences, biomedical engineering)
  • Strong background in neurosurgery / neurology and medical devices
  • Expertise in clinical support and patient care pathways
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English as a second language
  • Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
