The Senior Consultant requires an entrepreneurial mindset and must have a strong desire to grow as a leader within our organization.

They will be required to support actionable objectives for the organization, helping to sustain a culture of accountability and take a hands-on approach to execution.

With this in mind, the Senior Consultant will be required to ensure our services' quality for our existing client base, support in the cultivation of relationships with new customers, support the development of new business opportunities, and support the continuous adjustment of our current and future offerings according to market demands.ResponsibilitiesBe part of challenging projects in process and IT consulting with a focus on the automotive industryDevelop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the field of Supply Chain ManagementDefine a detailed blueprint for development requirementsDeploy process, quality, and cost-optimized logistics conceptsCreate long term relationships with clientsIdentify and lead business development opportunitiesAchieve a strong reputation as a business advisorTake over responsibility as (sub) project team leaderQualificationsEducation : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education.Experience : 4+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industryMinimum 4 years of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) experience (process & customizing)Solid expertise in at least one other module (i.e., MM, PP, CS, QM, SD) is a strong plus3 SAP full lifecycle implementationsProfound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach)SAP certifications are a big plusFluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)Professional appearance with strong customer focusAnalytical and structured working attitudeStrong teamwork capability
