Job Description

The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager is a key role that requires leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration skills. This individual will lead a team of engineers in designing and manufacturing complex products, ensuring high-quality outputs while meeting aggressive production schedules.

Responsibilities include overseeing the manufacturing process, driving new product introductions, debugging production issues, and managing quality control. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, test flows, and new product introduction.

This position reports to the Product Engineering Director and is primarily based in Guadalajara, Mexico, with occasional travel to partner contract manufacturers and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the manufacturing of complex products at regional partner contract manufacturers.
• Drive the Release to Manufacturing process for new products.
• Manage the completion of procedures and process documents for assembling and testing next-generation products.
• Debug and resolve production issues.
• Identify and report quality issues to the Quality Team.
