As a

TA Manager

, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for

full-cycle recruitment

strategic hiring initiatives

Role Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters to deliver

exceptional hiring outcomes

against tight deadlines.

Serve as the

main point of contact for business stakeholders

, building

trusted advisor relationships

and delivering high-impact hiring strategies.

Own

recruiting data and analytics

for your business groups, using insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Partner with the Head of TA to

foster a culture of talent excellence

, embedding recruitment as a key pillar of business success.

Ensure outstanding

candidate and stakeholder experience

throughout the hiring process

Role Qualifications

5+ years

of proven success in

full-cycle recruiting

, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.

2+ years

of experience leading or managing recruitment teams.

Strong business acumen and ability to partner strategically with senior leaders.

Professional fluency in English

Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate

urgency, ownership, and accountability
