We are looking for an experienced solution engineer to manage award winning omnichannel digital solutions including complex websites, web solutions.

Job Summary :

This role provides exciting opportunity to work with customers, product, engineering, design and various other teams to create award winning solutions.

Role and Responsibilities :

Managing delivery of large complex website, SEO project within budget, timeline ensuring project meets success metrics.

Delighting customer by understanding customer business and technical challenges, requirements and aligning them with Milestone solutions.

Establishing relationships with key decision-makers and serving as the customer’s technical point of contact and advocate.

Excellent communication – Ability to connect customer desired outcome with various product and solutions.

Navigating complex technical scenarios to assist customers in migrating to Milestone platform from their existing solutions.

Applying understanding of customer environments and goals to provide oversight and guide pre and post-sales teams to successful outcomes. Partner with Sales, delivery team in leading requirements discovery, solution presentations, Proof of Concept.

Solid understanding of web technology including integrations, UI / UX, websites, CMS, Analytics, SEO, Front end and backend technology.

Good knowledge of software such as Wrike, Jira etc.

Experience in Change Control Management process and a solid understanding and experience in managing “Triple Constraints” (Scope, Time, and Budget) on a complex and dynamic project.

Proven experience working with remote teams located across various geographical location.

Strong time management and prioritization skills to support multiple opportunities and concurrent client requests. Ability to reprioritize as needed.

Thriving on change, working well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor. Flexible to work locally, regionally, and globally in a matrixed organization. Adaptability to rapid pace and quick changes is essential.
