ADMINISTRATOR FOR MEDICAL SERVICES

Role Title : PowerBI Administrator Duration : 7 months + extensions

Preferred Location : Remote Near Shore

Role Description :

This is a role requiring focused expertise in core administration activities and platform governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a stable, secure, and optimized Power BI environment while proactively identifying and addressing performance or capacity issues. The ideal candidate should also be capable of identifying cost-saving opportunities within the platform and recommending appropriate actions to management, ensuring both operational efficiency and financial stewardship.

Requirements :

• 3 - 5 years of experience with Power BI Administration

Proficiency in Power BI administration, including managing user access, security settings, and report deployment.

Strong data modeling skills to create efficient data structures and optimize report performance.

Experience with troubleshooting Power BI issues and understanding ETL processes is essential for maintaining operational efficiency.

Scripting experience in PowerShell or other shell scripting languages for automation and bulk actions.

Deep understanding of Power BI governance, capacity management, and operational best practices.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and the ability to diagnose and resolve deployment issues.

Familiarity with data integration concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.

Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and its data services.
