Job Description

Must-have Skills : Distribution ERP Implementer, ERP Functional Consultant

Responsibilities :

• Understand the domain and customer ecosystem to configure the ERP system efficiently across all distribution modules; a good understanding of financials is preferred.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand existing ERP systems.
• Provide functional and transactional onboarding and training for ERP systems, including accounting, purchasing, production, distribution, billing, customer order entry, inquiry, and quality.
• Document current (As-Is) process flows and consult on creating future (To-Be) process flows.
• Promote best practices for ERP system use and implementation within the client's organization.
• Ensure governance best practices for the ERP system.
• Implement ERP systems and onboard new customers.
• Train customers on the ERP system during implementation.
• Communicate effectively to understand customer needs, elicit feedback, and provide solutions.
• Present to internal teams, client stakeholders, and management.
• Respond to communications from customer projects during onboarding.
• Collaborate with the product development team to research and resolve issues identified during onboarding.
• Provide input for product enhancements to the Product Owner.
• Analyze and validate data migrated from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
