We’re seeking a strategic sourcing professional to lead procurement initiatives focused on indirect services across global operations. This role blends strategic sourcing, analytics, transactional support, and system stewardship to ensure supply assurance, cost optimization, and process excellence. Primary Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities (approx. 30–60% of role), including RFx, bid analysis, supplier negotiations, and contracting
• Analyze spend data and sourcing metrics (approx. 20–40%) to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage transactional tasks (approx. 10–30%) such as purchase orders, invoice resolution, and general system support
• Support and maintain procurement systems and processes (up to 100%), including vendor registration and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver best-value solutions
• Serve as the first point of contact for plants and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure performance
• Support cross-functional projects and daily sourcing operations across business units
• Champion sourcing best practices and continuous process enhancements
• Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and team collaboration
