Senior Data Solutions Architect

At Infovision, we are on a mission to provide innovative solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency.We foster a collaborative environment where our teams can grow and thrive while working on impactful projects with leading clients.Our Developer Platform Insights team provides curated, analytics-ready data products for cloud cost management, incident management, developer productivity, and platform usage.In this role, you will work with individuals inside and outside your immediate team to build data products that provide insight into developer platform health and performance.The individual will collaborate with multiple teams to build sophisticated data pipelines and address stakeholder knowledge problems.You will be solving complex problems that have a direct impact on the entire technology organization and our end-customers.Our ideal candidate has a passion for solving real business problems at scale in a fast-paced, high growth, and agile environment.They should own the technical architecture, design, and implementation of analytics ready data products and self-service solutions.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define and develop business intelligence solutions to solve real user problems.Act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders for technical guidance around solution design and best practices.Keep current on big data, data visualization, and cloud technology trends, evaluate, work on proof-of-concepts and make merit-based recommendations on technologies.Key qualifications include : Excellent design and architectural skills with strong fundamentals in system design, data structures and algorithms.More than 8 years of experience as a leader.Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.Experience with SQL-based ETL development, Python, Java, or equivalent scripting language.Cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, Azure, or Snowflake at scale.Data tools like Looker, Tableau, AtScale, PowerBI, or similar tools.Strong communication and presentation skills, business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to work cross functionally through collaboration with engineering and business partners.Data Architecture experience working in partnership with large data sets.Adaptable and persuasive communication style.Result-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly translate business requirements into working features.Available shifts include rotating work hours including two days off per week.Some of the technologies you will use include Python, BigQuery, Composer / Airflow, Git, CI / CD, Kafka and / or Pub / Sub, and Looker (preferred).
