The QAD Techno-Functional Role expects the combination of excellent product knowledge and software development processes.Skills : Solutions and QAD Cross Module ExpertiseGood knowledge of different Manufacturing ProcessesAbility to translate Complex Business Process requirements to Systems Landscape and vice versaWork as Level 2 / Level 3 support on call support for Customer reported issues or grievancesProvide on-time / on-budget design, development, installation, and technical / development support of QAD products as per customer landscapeCarrying out system study, understanding the functional requirements and preparing the functional specificationsCoaching and mentoring on Technical / Product / Functional skills for the project teamUnderstanding third-party systems and supporting interface issuesNice to Have : Progress 4 GL development (debug the codes and fix issues)Responsibilities : Provide leadership and take responsibility for technical / development project estimation and follow-upPlan & coordinate resources necessary to complete project solution development and implementationPreparation of technical / Functional specificationsPreparation of test cases and test scenarios and review with BusinessReview the functional specifications and interact with end-user / Business analyst for clarifications
