We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Brand Assistant to support our brand's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Marketing Plans : Collaborate with the Brand Manager to create and execute marketing strategies that drive results.
Analyze Performance : Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage Supplier Payments : Track financial reports and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
Coordinate Agency Briefs : Develop communication plans for monthly activities.
Communicate Effectively : Maintain open communication with PR agencies on events, influencer marketing, and activations.
Design Briefs : Provide weekly design briefs for marketing materials.
New Product Launches : Assist in planning and executing new product launches and 360° execution planning.
Social Media Campaigns : Support social media ad campaigns.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or advertising.

1-3 years of experience in marketing roles.

Intermediate English language proficiency.

Business skills : Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, match, index functions, and macros). Nielsen or similar & SAP.

Interpersonal skills : Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving expertise, project management, and multitasking abilities.
