About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Verification & Validation (V&V) activities using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems for cutting-edge automotive electronic and embedded systems. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of automotive experience, including 5+ years in project / program management, and possess strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead V&V teams and manage work plans to meet customer deliverables and milestones
• Hands-on expertise with HIL platforms : dSPACE, NI LabVIEW / VeriStand, ETAS, Vector VT Systems
• Develop test automation frameworks for new features and enhancements
• Proficient in automotive protocols : CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet, XCP
• Apply real-time simulation, fault injection, and automation in HIL environments
• Skilled in Python, CAPL, MATLAB / Simulink, and test scripting
• Use ECU testing tools : CANalyzer, CANoe
• Conduct unit, integration, subsystem, system-level, and regression testing
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and ASIL requirements
• Manage requirements, defects, and quality using industry tools
• Troubleshoot and analyze HIL / ECU system performance
• Collaborate with OEM / Tier-1 teams for requirement gathering and robust testing
• Support regulatory and compliance validation
