We're looking for someone with strong negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
Position Objective : To identify, develop, and close business opportunities in the construction sector, managing the full B2B sales cycle. Acts as a liaison between the client and the technical team, focusing on relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure.

Candidate Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Preferred : Certifications or training in B2B sales, negotiation, or business development.
Experience : Proven success in selling metal structures or related construction products. 2 years of experience in B2B sales within construction, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. Proven track record in closing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with developers and construction companies. Preferred Knowledge CRM tools (Salesforce) Consultative sales methodology. Basic understanding of technical drawings or specifications (not mandatory). Advanced conversational English
Technical Collaboration : Ability to work closely with engineers and understand basic structural concepts. Availability : To travel sporadically to US, US Visa required

Competitive monthly base salary, plus 1% commission on billed products, providing strong earning potential based on project success. The position includes all legally mandated benefits (prestaciones de ley) and a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM.
