Gerente de Boutique en Plaza Península

En busca de un profesional experimentado para dirigir nuestra boutique en el corazón de la Plaza Península.

Descripción del Puesto :

Nuestro equipo busca a alguien con visión y liderazgo para gestionar nuestro establecimiento. La persona ideal tendrá experiencia en ventas, gestión de personal y optimización de procesos.

Requisitos y Calificaciones :

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como Gerente / Encargado en tiendas de ropa, zapatos, accesorios o similares.
  • Excelente actitud de servicio y habilidades de ventas.
  • Bachillerato mínimo concluido.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar horario completo, incluyendo fines de semana.

Ventajas :

  • $19450 sueldo base al mes bruto + comisiones + prestaciones de ley superiores.
