Join Hussmann, a global leader in commercial refrigeration systems for top international brands.We're looking for a Especialista SrSourcingto support the procurement of direct and indirect materials — with a strong focus on metal-mechanical components.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, implement sourcing strategies, and drive cost optimization efforts in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do : ? Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical and metal parts? Identify, qualify, and manage supplier relationships? Lead RFQs, cost analysis, and supplier selection? Collaborate with Engineering, Quality & Production teams? Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance? Support cost-reduction and supplier consolidation initiatives? Maintain sourcing records and track raw material trendsIf you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate aboutsupply chain and industrial manufacturing — we want to hear from you!

Required Qualifications : ?Bachelor's degree in engineering (Supply Chain, Business, or related field).

• ?2–4 years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in the metal-mechanical or manufacturing industry.
• ?Knowledge of machining, welding, casting, or metal forming processes.
• ?Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• ?Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• ?Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• ?Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (desirable).

Preferred Qualifications : ?APICS, CPSM, or similar supply chain certification.

Knowledge Requirements : ?Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, stamping, casting, and metal forming.
