Lead Financial Due Diligence Expert

A leading financial due diligence professional is required to join our team in Mexico City. This exciting opportunity involves leading buy-side and sell-side transactions, analyzing financial performance and operational results of target companies, and preparing quality of earnings reports.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling, strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment. Experience working with U.S. or international clients is highly desirable.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for transactions.
  • Analyze financial data and identify key trends and risks.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and valuation reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in transaction services, M&A advisory, or financial due diligence.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
