OCI Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Environment Management : Monitor and manage OCI environments, including creating "golden copies" and ensuring compliance with change management policies.
• Security Administration : Serve as the single point of contact for all security-related tasks, including user onboarding and access management.
• Tenant Management : Manage multiple OCI tenants that host Oracle products like ERP Fusion and Accounting Foundation. This includes handling security and environment-specific nuances for each.
• Technical Support : Provide support for applications and infrastructure, addressing issues related to whitelisting and other potential disruptions.
• Product Expertise : Stay up-to-date with changes and new features in Oracle's pre-built applications and understand their business impact on Pacific Life's infrastructure.
• Problem-Solving : Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the OCI and Pacific Life environments.
