Job Title : Social Media Manager

About the Opportunity :

We're looking for a talented professional to develop and execute strategies that enhance our online presence across social platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and building authentic connections with our community.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy Development : Design and implement social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and business objectives.
  • Content Creation : Generate, edit, and schedule engaging text, image, and video content optimized for each platform.
  • Campaign Management : Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns—including paid ads—to promote products and services.
  • Community Management : Monitor channels daily, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful relationships with followers.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Track performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Trend Monitoring : Stay on top of social trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaboration : Partner with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social efforts with broader initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Communication : Excellent writing and verbal skills; able to craft compelling copy and interact authentically with audiences.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in major social platforms, advertising dashboards, and familiar with web content best practices.
  • Creativity : Ability to brainstorm and produce innovative, engaging social content.
  • Time Management : Organized and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
