Salary : MXN $400,000 per month + executive benefits package

Overview :

A leading multinational company in the retail sector is seeking an experienced Retail Industry Director to lead strategic operations, drive growth, and strengthen market positioning across Mexico. This role requires a visionary executive with a proven record in large-scale retail management, business transformation, and team leadership.

Responsibilities :

Oversee national retail operations ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and customer experience at the highest standards.

Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with global goals.

Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, logistics, and commercial divisions.

Manage P&L, budgets, and KPIs to ensure continuous growth and sustainability.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.

Report directly to the Regional CEO and contribute to global strategy alignment.

Requirements :

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in executive leadership within the retail industry , including multi-unit operations.

Proven expertise in business expansion, omnichannel strategy, and profitability improvement.

Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Advanced English level; international experience is a plus.

Compensation :

Base salary : MXN $400,000 per month
