Sales Optimization Executive (Conrad Tulum & Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Welcome and assist clients.
  • Plan group tours for turnover delivery.
  • Block meeting rooms for internal events in Delphi.
  • Initiate proposals and serve as the first point of contact to advise potential clients on hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and rate availability.
  • Assist Sales Managers with system updates (Delphi), as well as room and meeting space blocks.
  • Data entry using Delphi, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Answer phone calls and assist internal and external guests with their requests.
  • Attend weekly and monthly departmental sales meetings and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group meetings as required.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized.
  • Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by the Sales Management team.
  • Provide coverage for the department’s executive on-call duties.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with the Opera platform.
  • Proficiency in the DELPHI.fdc platform.
  • Experience using virtual call platforms.Knowledge of the sales department.
  • Advanced command of the English language – Upper-Intermediate.
  • Leadership – Intermediate.

  • Eloquence / Verbal fluency – High, fluent.
