Overview
EM R&D Innovation Engineering – EM R&D Innovation Engineer role focused on delivering innovation & cost-saving engineering solutions to set short- to medium-term product innovation plans for Kimberly-Clark Enterprise Market (EM). The position requires partnering with R&D product developers and LCMs to develop and deliver on-time, high-quality innovation plans while optimizing for supply, cost, and adoption across regions and formats. Reports to the EM R&D capability team leader and requires collaboration across senior functions and ABU teams within a complex product matrix.

Requirements
Experience using manufacturing analysis tools, such as statistical process control, design of experiments, process capability studies, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing.
Ability to resolve complex problems and translate market observations to business opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team while providing task-oriented direction to others to complete projects within required timeframes.
Strong decision-making ability and drive for clear decisions and actions. Analytical, fact-based, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Highly developed collaboration skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organization and with credibility and strong business leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
