Livelab is a leading TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) specializing in live commerce, performance marketing, and creator-driven campaigns. We are expanding into the Mexico market and seeking an experienced Business Development leader to establish our presence and drive strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain partnerships with brands, agencies, and e-commerce sellers to grow our TikTok Shop service offerings.
- Develop and execute a local market business development strategy in alignment with global operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, ad ops, analytics) to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Build relationships with TikTok's local teams to stay ahead of platform updates and opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, contract structuring, and long-term account growth.
Requirements :
3-8 years of business development experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing / advertising, live commerce or social commerce service providers.Proven track record of closing and scaling partnerships with mid-to-large brands.Deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, including live streaming, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.Strong network in local retail, DTC, FMCG or digital advertising industries.Ability to work cross-functionally with international teams.Fluent in English; Mandarin speakers are preferred.Benefits :
