We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team in a Data Analyst & Coordinator role.

In this position, you will play a critical role in analyzing data sets to inform business decisions and drive performance. Your coordination skills will ensure seamless communication and collaboration between engineering teams, supporting project management and operational efficiency.

• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate activities, ensuring timely project delivery and effective resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, enhancing visibility and accountability.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to guarantee deadlines are met, fostering trust and reliability.
• Facilitate regular meetings to promote cross-functional collaboration, driving process improvement and innovation.
• Identify areas for process enhancement and recommend solutions, promoting continuous improvement.
• Support the development and management of the Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

BOM (Bill of Material)

Previous experience in data analysis and project coordination is essential.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.

A strong analytical mindset, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build effective relationships and drive results.

You should be detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Prior experience in the automotive or engineering sector is an asset, but not a requirement.
