Lead Business Module Operations

We are currently experiencing a period of rapid expansion. This growth presents numerous opportunities for professional development and personal growth.

Job Role :

This role oversees the day-to-day activities of a business module, ensuring seamless execution and alignment between operational teams, IT, and Product Owners.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization techniques.
Use data to identify performance gaps and track progress through KPIs.
Act as liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee assigned business module with 360° scope.

Analyze and improve business workflows for increased efficiency.

Prepare and present progress reports and recommendations.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Engineering, Systems).

Fluent English language skills.

Availability : Occasional travel required.

4+ years experience in operations, business analysis, or process management.

Soft Skills :

Data-driven decision-making.

Process management and improvement.

Effective communication

Problem-solving.

Highly organized and structured thinker with self-starter ability.
