We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our team and help drive organizational success through people. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing business outcomes, and collaborating directly with leaders. You will lead and implement talent strategies, advise on HR policies, and deliver impactful solutions across recruitment, performance, succession planning, compensation, engagement, onboarding / offboarding, and retention. You will also design and implement data-driven HR tools and generate insights to guide decision-making and foster a culture of accountability and high engagement. This position includes a strategic focus on compensation and benefits, supporting the HRBP team with expert guidance and ensuring equitable, competitive, and sustainable practices.

Proven ability to manage complexity and solve problems using multiple perspectives and data sources

Strong understanding of business drivers and external market trends, with the ability to apply insights to HR strategy

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with exposure to strategic initiatives and direct interaction with senior leaders

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, due to collaboration with global teams and the Compensation COE

Proficiency in data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder communication

As an HR Business Partner at GKN Automotive, you will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals. You will design and implement frameworks for recruitment, performance, succession planning, compensation, engagement, onboarding / offboarding, and retention. You will generate insights from HR data to support strategic decisions, improve engagement, and anticipate organizational risks.

You will also provide first-line support in labor relations, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with corporate values, while maintaining data quality and guiding peers through key HR processes. In addition to your HRBP responsibilities, you will serve as the technical and strategic lead for compensation and benefits. Key skills include data analysis, policy interpretation, compliance expertise, stakeholder management, and technical mastery in compensation and organizational development.
