All meats served at Flora's Field Kitchen come from a nearby 150-acre ranch where animals are humanely raised without hormones or antibiotics.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in San José del Cabo, BCS, for a Cook at Flora Farms.

The Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality, seasonal dishes using ingredients sourced from the farm.

Day-to-day tasks include meal preparation, cooking, ensuring food quality and presentation, collaborating with kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Additionally, the Cook will follow health and safety standards and contribute to menu development with innovative ideas.QualificationsCulinary skills including meal preparation, cooking, and food presentationExperience with seasonal menu planning and using fresh, locally sourced ingredientsTeamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with kitchen staffKnowledge of health and safety standards in the kitchenStrong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean workspaceCreativity and innovation in developing new menu ideasExperience in organic and sustainable cooking practices is a plusCulinary degree or equivalent experience preferredExcellent verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English are beneficial
