The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, expanding market presence, and build strong customer relationships. This role involves setting sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and driving business growth through effective planning, execution, and leadership.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets.

Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management

Elaboration and monitoring of sales budgets

Compliance with internal and external processes for participation in tenders with multinational customers

Planning, monitoring and closing the execution of the projects in which the company participates, being the main face of the company in front of the key accounts in charge

Use systems to manage sales pipelines and client interactions

Periodically visiting all the operational plants and corporate offices of the customers in charge to ensure the development of a valuable relationship with our customers, being aware of their needs and promptly addressing the areas of opportunity that our company has in the eyes of our customers

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

Preparation of quotes and technical documentation in a timely manner to participate in client tenders

Develop plans to visit and follow up on both new projects and the execution and closing of previously won projects, ensuring the satisfaction of the customers.

Possesses solid communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written in Spanish and English

Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechatronics or similar

Ability to read and follow electrical / mechanical schematics to assist in isolating fault to root cause component / assembly.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
