Senior Technical Consultant (ServiceNow)

Duration : 3 months

Commitment :

  • hours per week (approx. 223 total hours)

Rate : USD $70 / hour

Location : Remote (MXT Time Zone)

Language : Bilingual (English–Spanish)

Role Scope :

Configure platform components (forms, fields, UI policies, relationships).

Implement branding and layout adjustments in Employee Center (OOTB).

Configure CMDB structure, CI lifecycle, and reconciliation aligned with CSDM.

Support enhancements in Incident Management (SLA and categorization).

Configure and test Virtual Agent conversations (standard OOTB topics).

Perform unit testing, assist with UAT, and support go-live readiness.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, daily stand-ups).

Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer.

Support defect resolution during and post go-live.

Requirements :

Strong hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modules : ITSM, CMDB, Employee Center, and Virtual Agent.

Solid understanding of CSDM and core ITOM capabilities.

Proficiency with UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Catalog Items, and JavaScript scripting.

Experience working with Agile / Now Create methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
