We are looking for a Warehouse operations Coordinator with experience in food or pharmaceutical companies, who will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and delivery of raw materials to production areas. This person will be key to maintaining warehouse operations and ensuring that logistics and distribution processes are carried out efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate must have skills in the use of WMS and SAP , as well as an advanced level of English to manage internal communication and work with international suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt of raw materials and ensure their proper storage according to quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to production areas, ensuring that requests are fulfilled without disruptions in the process.
  • Maintain inventory control, performing regular audits and adjusting inventories as needed.
  • Supervise the warehouse team, ensuring that work procedures are followed and operational objectives are met.
  • Use WMS and SAP systems to manage inventory and logistics operations efficiently.
  • Prepare regular inventory reports and status updates on materials, ensuring that production supplies are available when needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics and warehouse processes, always aiming to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the handling of materials (especially in the context of food or pharmaceutical products).

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in similar positions (coordinator, warehouse manager, or logistics) in food or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Advanced English proficiency for communication with international suppliers, managers, and clients.
  • Experience and knowledge in the use of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SAP .
  • Experience in inventory management and proficiency in using computer tools (advanced Excel, ERP, etc.).
  • Leadership skills and the ability to supervise operational teams.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in material handling, especially in regulated industries.
  • Effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree in related fields (Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc.).

    Position Summary

    The Senior Supply Chain Finance Analyst is a senior individual contributor primarily focused on compliance for fixed assets and inventory across North America for Sealed Air’s Food and Protective segments (50+ plants and warehouses). This service-oriented role partners closely with Plant Controllers to ensure controls are executed consistently, documentation is properly maintained, and evidence is delivered on time. In addition to coordinating compliance activities, the analyst provides support for selected operational finance tasks within the North America region to help maintain smooth and reliable financial operations. Success in this position calls for strong risk awareness, a process‑improvement mindset, proactive follow‑up, and a structured, customer-service approach to supporting regional teams.

    Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of monthly and quarterly controls for inventory and fixed assets across North American plants and warehouses.
  • Track compliance progress, maintain organized documentation, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure all evidence is completed and submitted on time.
  • Collaborate with Plant Controllers to identify gaps, flag potential risks, and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain and update KPIs and compliance trackers (e.g., cycle count accuracy) to support performance visibility and audit preparation.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to Internal Audit and PwC.
  • Support month-end close activities, expense tracking, reporting, presentations, and selected operational finance tasks to assist the North America region.
  • Promote a highly organized and structured approach to tasks, ensuring regional consistency and reliability in control execution.
  • Build collaborative relationships across virtual and cross‑matrix teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 5–6 years of work experience in finance or related fields.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and SOX / internal controls requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and risk identification within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service orientation when working with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills for handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience supporting month-end close or other operational finance tasks.
  • Exposure to audit processes and working with external auditors (e.g., PwC) or internal audit teams.
