Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing dedicated support in ensuring customer orders are filled in full and delivered on time: a) Order Entry b) End-to-end Order fulfillment c) Process Optimization
• Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including planning, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure compliance with the service level established by the client, to achieve the organization's sales objectives
• Order Accuracy: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of order fulfillment activities, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future errors
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Supply Chain (logistics, procurement, CS, planning)
• Advanced level of english
• SAP/ERP desirable
• Excel Intermediate (pivot tables)
