Overview

Bosch plant in Toluca (TlP) is located 70 km from Mexico City and has manufactured since 1966 a wide range of products for the Mobility Business for Electrified Motion (EM), Power Solutions (PS) and Mobility Aftermarket (MA) Divisions. Main Objective

Responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines. Fulfill the security, quality, delivery and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible for producing the Arm of Wiper Systems. Highly automated, high value-add manufacturing process including robotics, vision systems and a high range of assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
• Lead continuous improvement and problem solving to reduce downtime and losses in the manufacturing process.
• Create and update required production documentation (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagrams, control plans, etc.).
• Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines.
• Provide correct tool specifications and changes in tooling to ensure continuity and quality during production.
• Develop quality assurance processes by implementing required quality tools.
• Ensure efficiency by meeting targets for scrap and failure costs.
