Leadership RoleJob DescriptionLead operations at a manufacturing facility, shaping workplace culture and driving continuous improvement.Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and staff to enhance their skills, performance, and leadership capabilities.Conduct performance evaluations for supervisory staff and address performance issues in collaboration with Human Resources.Partner with HR to interview, select, and onboard candidates for all roles within the facility.Ensure all employees follow safety measures and company policies, fostering a strong safety-first culture.Provide direction and resources to achieve plant safety and environmental performance goals.Develop, implement, and evaluate safety programs, policies, and initiatives to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.Investigate safety incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.Conduct weekly safety audits and ensure all incidents are promptly addressed, thoroughly investigated, and reported.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.8+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or plant management roles.Ability to communicate conversationally in English.Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements to ensure operational transparency and performance tracking.Manage monthly and annual budgets.Allocate resources effectively to achieve production and safety goals.BenefitsAssist with maintenance and repairs of machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.Approve and log vacation requests for supervisory and support staff.Handle all other tasks as requested or assigned by senior management.OthersThis is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
