What You’ll Do

A Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Test Development Engineer is responsible for the definition, development and management of test code and utilities that are incorporated into the manufacturing test process for Hyperscale servers (L10) and rack (L11) products manufactured by Lenovo. Job duties include designing, writing, validating, and maintaining processes and code for automating the manufacturing test process. In this role you will be responsible for integrating these solutions into our test platform application and deploying solutions into production as well as global onsite execution and support. In addition, the expectation is that you will define test strategies for these products to ensure maximum commonality and optimal performance on the manufacturing line.

• Design, write, validate, and maintain processes and code for automating the manufacturing test process.
• Integrate solutions into the test platform application and deploy solutions into production.
• Support global onsite execution and production operations.
• Define test strategies to ensure commonality and optimal performance on the manufacturing line.
• Work with Hardware, Software, and Customer teams to understand unique test requirements and customize solutions as needed.
• React to any production issues as they arise and support worldwide manufacturing operations.
• Continuously look for ways to optimize and improve the overall manufacturing process for efficiency and throughput.

Travel to manufacturing facilities in China, Hungary, Mexico, Brazil may be required.
